Today I finished day 30 of P90X! 60 days to go!

I'm all healed up after spraining my foot! It's been almost 2 months.

I sprained my foot during Asylum Gameday and I was about 2 weeks into it. Then I had to stop and switch to P90X. It made all the difference and I was not going to let myself quit!

Insanity is amazing! NO MORE CRASH DIETS! Insanity is a lifestyle change for me! Thanks Shaun T for giving me my life back!

It's week 5 of recovery and I have lost 5lbs. I have lost 1lb every week instead of gaining, which is amazing! I thought I was adding on a lot of muscle but apparently I'm losing the weight first! I can't believe it. I've never been able to steadily lose the weight. No more crash dieting for me! Crash diets never work and you always gain the weight back. Now I can finally eat healty and exercise and look ripped! My dream body is finally coming true! Shaun T is the best trainer in the world in my opinion! His personality just fits me for training. I feel like his voice is perfect for the videos and he's so motivating! I want to try Insanity Asylum for my next 30 day challenge! Meekz Follow me on twitter @meekzparadise

DAY 30 Insanity Results!

I just started week 5 Cardio Core and Balance. I will be doing this for the whole week to get my body ready for month 2 Max Interval Training! Like month 1 wasn't hard enough, it gets harder!! Here is my current pictures. I lost 4lbs and gained some muscle:) What do I think about Insanity? - I absolutely love this workout! I have never gotten results this fast ever! I used myfitnesspal to keep track of my calories and it's been working for me. I haven't been able to lose the weight in years and actually keep it off! Forget about being skinny, I want to be ripped! The more muscle the better, to keep the fat off for good!
